About Us | Tim Wilde

Tim Wilde

Tim Wilde has over 16 years of experience in the entertainment and hospitality industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 1991 from the University of Missouri - Columbia. In addition to his academic background and his 'real world' experiences, he has a solid understanding and a high level of intuition when dealing with a client's individual needs.

Tim's ability to identify key factors needed to promote any event has led to numerous successful events, such as live performances by such notables as Widespread Panic, Leftover Salmon, Aquarium Rescue Unit, and Michael Kelsey, among others. Tim was also instrumental in putting together the components of the Brew Jam, which is Kansas City's longest running jam session, performing at the 75th Street Brewery for the past 13 years.

Tim has also discovered that one of his greatest passions is artist development. He currently works with two amazing young talents, Michael Kelsey and the Tiffany Christopher Band. Tim says, "there is nothing like turning good people on to great new music!" His knowledge of the inner workings of sales, web media, marketing, and, most importantly, hospitality makes him an invaluable asset to those involved.

Innate abilities cannot be taught. Tim's superlative love for music, and the understanding of how it affects people, allows him to effortlessly place the precise music with the matching audience. His love for music translates into his success. The enthusiasm, laughter, cheers, dancing, and overall body language from the audience are what Tim Wilde lives for in his career. Make no mistake - this is not a job for Tim, but a passion and lifestyle that make what he engages himself in so special for everyone involved. The challenges of making a living in this industry may make others falter along the way, but those same challenges are what have made him successful thus far.

Tim's values and work experiences with performing artists and with venue owners/managers have led him to his single-purpose motivation in his career: "My success and satisfaction are dependent on yours. Great teams are really individuals with shared dreams!"
